Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is the key
infrastructure for delivery of services by DGFT. All applications for grant of
authorizations are to be filed only through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
Mode. These include EPCG, DES, DEPB
applications and Chapter-3 schemes of FTP i.e. FMS, FPS, MLPS and VKGUY.
2. Online filing facility is also available for licences/authorizations required for export/import of Negative list items, obtaining IEC is available on DGFT’s Website: dgft[dot]gov[dot]in

All applications are to be filed using the Digital Signatures by making
the application fee payment through EFT mode.
The help for filing all online applications and EFT payment is available
on the DGFTs Website: dgft[dot]gov[dot]in The applications filed under the Chapter 3 of the FTP which require
submission of BRC can be done by attaching the e-BRC (BRC issued
mandatorily as e-BRC by banks after 17/08/2012).
