Setting Information
Add http://dgftcom.nic.in in java exception list,trusted sites and compatibility view settings(Goto control panel->java->security->exception list)
1. Internet Explorer 11 or higher 
2. Java version 8 or higher 
3. After Java installation goto control panel 
4. Select Java -> Select Security -> Keep Security Level medium 
5. Click Edit Sitelist button -> Add http://164.100.78.104:8080/dgftiec/IEClogin.jsp 
6. Also, Add http://164.100.128.144/ 
Also, Add http://dgft.gov.in 
Also, Add http://164.100.128.143 
Also,Add http://dgftcom.nic.in
7. Goto Internet Explorer -> Select Tools menu -> Select Compatibility View Settings 
Now, Add http://164.100.78.104:8080/dgftiec/IEClogin.jsp 
Add http://164.100.128.144/ 
Also, Add http://164.100.128.143 
Also, Add http://dgft.gov.in 
Also,Add http://dgftcom.nic.in
8.Goto Internet Explorer -> Select Tools menu -> Select internet options->second option security->trusted sites 
Now, Add http://164.100.78.104:8080/dgftiec/IEClogin.jsp 
Add http://164.100.128.144/ 
Also, Add http://164.100.128.143 
Also, Add http://dgft.gov.in

-> Select Tools menu-> Manage Add-ons 
-> Right side scroll it 
-> Select java(tm)-plug in make Enable by clicking 
-> Select java(tm)-plug in make Enable by clicking 
-> Select Sun java Console make Enable by clicking 
First Add write permission for the folder named  available in C:\program files\java\jre8\lib\security 
then 
Open the File 
c:\program files\java\jre8\lib\security\java (policy file) 
Add the following line as a last line of file named java (policy file) 
permission java.security.AllPermission; 
Now, save the file
